Ten small party favors
Synthetic flat inputs 90 × 130 × 30 mm. Print the same file ten times after testing two stocks. End depth controls curvature, not guaranteed capacity. Check content and curved folds; no food-contact suitability is implied.
File preparation complete; physical prototype pending. These are engine-generated files, not photos or a claim that a real object fitted. Measure your stock and object before using the proposed allowance.
Both PDFs use the same millimetre geometry. Paper changes tiling, not object scale. Print at 100% / actual size, join tiled sheets using their marks and measure the 50 mm ruler. A 47.5 mm ruler would indicate 95% scale: reprint before cutting. Printer nonprintable margins still apply. Print and calibration guide.
Assign operations when importing SVG
Check document units and a known span after import. Assign solid cut paths to cutting, fold paths to scoring and glue guides to reference only. Software may import everything as cut paths; colors alone do not assign machine operations. Cricut and Silhouette guide. Import screenshots and a physical cutter result have not been produced for this synthetic project.
Measure the complete object and stock thickness; record the intended clearance.
Print and record the measured ruler before cutting. Fold, glue and allow the adhesive to set.
Record interior dimensions, fit and ease of removal. Keep a photo of the ruler and the assembled object.
Blank physical check worksheet. A first-time user should repeat this without assistance; that observation is still pending.
Local generation and physical-fit counts
Only aggregate counts live in this tab; nothing is sent or saved. Generation and export do not confirm assembly.
A pillow box gains its volume when two curved end flaps are pressed inward. The shape uses little material, closes without a complex base and works best with flexible stock that can hold a clean curved score.

Score the curves carefully
Curved folds are easier with a blunt scoring tool and medium cardstock. Test the fold direction before decoration, because reversing the score can crack coated paper or leave uneven ends.
